Site survey
We measure the space, viewing distances, ambient light and electrical supply, photograph the structure and send you a written survey report in English — so that the configuration you quote is the one that fits.
You sell the project; we are the team on the ground. Site survey, installation, calibration, repair and remote monitoring of LED walls anywhere in Italy, from our laboratory near Naples.
Winning an Italian project from another country is the easy part. The hard part comes afterwards: a survey before the quote, an installation crew that reads your drawings, a structural report in Italian, a pixel that fails eight months later in a shopping centre in Bari. Flying a technician in for each of these eats the margin, and leaving the end customer to a local electrician who has never opened a cabinet loses the customer. We have been on the other side of that problem since 2008, and we offer what we would want from a partner: people who know what they are looking at, instruments that measure it, and a written record of every visit.
We measure the space, viewing distances, ambient light and electrical supply, photograph the structure and send you a written survey report in English — so that the configuration you quote is the one that fits.
Our own installation team mounts, cables and commissions the wall to your drawings and your bill of materials, sets up the processor and receiving cards, and hands over with a test log. Where a structural report is required, it is signed by a qualified technician we coordinate.
Brightness, colour and uniformity measured on site with a Konica Minolta CS-160 luminance meter and UPRTEK spectroradiometers, then corrected. You receive a PDF report with the raw readings, not a statement that it looks fine.
Faulty modules and power supplies are repaired in our laboratory in Nola, on walls of any make — including the one you sold. A single SMD LED can be replaced without touching its neighbours.
With Fleet Monitor PRO the wall reports its state — temperature, brightness, faults, black screen — and we see a problem before the end customer phones you about it.
Every engagement starts with a short written agreement: which installations, which services, how we report, and how we appear to the end customer. After that, each job follows the same path — your request, our written quote, the visit, and a report with photographs and measurements that you can forward as it is. We use your documentation and your spare parts when you have them; when you do not, the laboratory can source equivalent components and tells you exactly what was fitted. Nothing is replaced without your approval.
The work on site is only as good as what stands behind it. In our laboratory at the CIS di Nola we keep a Konica Minolta CS-160 luminance meter, two UPRTEK spectroradiometers, FLIR thermal cameras, Fluke power analysers, digital oscilloscopes and temperature-controlled soldering and hot-air stations. Modules come back here when they cannot be fixed in the field, and they leave measured. You can read more about the instruments and the team on the about page, and about on-site colour work on the calibration page.
We do not publish intervention times in hours, because a number on a web page is not a contract: response times are agreed in writing for each installation. We do not claim certifications we do not hold. And we will tell you plainly when a wall is not worth repairing, with the measurements that show why — that is cheaper for you than a second visit.
Tell us where your installations are and what they need. We reply in English, in writing.
